Refund policy

We hope you love your Midori pieces, but if something isn't right, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 working days.
